Where do you ship?‍ ‍

Luna Soul Shop is located in Ontario and currently ships all over Canada. Please see the shipping and policies section for the most up-to-date information regarding processing times and shipping services.

Can I keep my box open?

Yes! Feel free to keep your box open if you wish to combine orders for shipping. Please use code: OPENBOX at checkout to remove shipping, and follow through with payment to securely hold your items in your box until you are ready to ship.

Important: When you are ready to ship your box, please reach out via Instagram DM’s or e-mail.

If you have reached the free shipping limit of $150+ you will not be charged for shipping.

Can I use a discount code and the free shipping code together?

Unfortunately, using 2 codes does not work at checkout. If you are wanting to use a discount code and have also hit the $125+ free shipping limit, please use the discount code. We will see that you have hit free shipping and send a refund directly to your method of payment for the $12 shipping after your order has been placed. Please allow 1-3 days for this process on our end.

Can I pick up my order?

Local pickup is currently limited at this time to customers that are local to Kemptville Ontario area. Please reach out via Instagram DM’s to receive a code that you can use at checkout and to arrange pickup. All pickup orders have a 24-48 hour processing time and are contactless.

This policy helps to keep things running smoothly as Luna Soul Shop continues to be an online business that ships all over Canada, including locally at an affordable rate.
